Being the exclusive member in China in the IRIS worldwide market research network, we had just attended a 2-day IRIS meeting in Salzburg in April. The meeting was well attended by about 30 members around the world. It was very fruitful with lots of exchange of new ideas and practices. Apart from the great sharing during the meeting, we also had a lot of fun visiting Hallstatt - one of the most beautiful towns in the world and was declared as one of the world heritage sites in Austria by UNESCO.

The First Chinese International Import Expo (CIIE) held in Shanghai, China from November 5 to 10, 2018 was a great success. Alongside with over 3,600 other companies from 151 countries, we were able to meet with current and potential customers in need of market research and consultancy services in Asia. We are happy to see China continues to reform and open itself to the outside world!
Invited by the Shanghai Chapter of the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce, Priscilla Sze, Managing Director of N Dynamic Market Research and Consultancy Ltd., gave a splendid presentation on the topic of "Consumer Passion Point-from a behavioral economics perspective" on September 27th 2016.
Many senior management participants from different industries attended this presentation. In her speech, Priscilla shared how she learnt about "Behavioral Economics" from overseas conferences and the IRIS international research network she belongs to, and how she had been applying it in conducting consumer research studies in China, so as to help brands develop successful positioning strategies. After the speech, audience actively raised their questions and further discussed about behavioral economics and emotional consumers with Priscilla. The activity eventually closed curtain with an award from Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce and a round of applause.
In order to provide a more comfortable and convenient experience, N Dynamic moved its Beijing office to Prime Tower recently following its Shanghai office upgrade. Prime Tower is located in the central business district of Chaoyang District with only about 30 minutes' drive to the Capital International Airport. Adjacent to many famous commercial buildings and government agencies, Prime Tower is surrounded by various supporting facilities such as hotels, shopping malls, banks and restaurants. The new office provides more comfortable focus group facilities and stable internet connection to meet the needs of international market research projects.
Priscilla Sze, Managing Director of N Dynamic, delivered a presentation on the New Chinese Consumers at a lunch event organized by Environics, the Exclusive member of Canada in IRIS (International Research Worldwide), in Toronto, Canada on April 28th 2015. The event was well attended by a large audience in various industries including travel, luxury, education, finance and food.
In the presentation, Priscilla has unveiled the consumption trend of the new Chinese middle and upper class based on real Union Pay transactional data in 2013 and 2014. Spending on travel has grown significantly —with a growth rate of 137% for domestic travel and 75% for overseas travel respectively. We have also witnessed outbound consumption growth of 287.1%.
Besides, Chinese consumers have formed a new relationship with brands. While popular luxury brands like Louis Vuitton are still having patronage among Chinese consumers across the board, we witness the emergence of relatively niche brands like Givenchy, which has become successful due to their successful marketing strategy targeted at the middle and upper class consumers.

Members of the IRIS network met in Cancun in April 2015. This major event was organized and hosted by the Mexican IRIS Partner LEXIA Insights Solutions. It was a great event in which members networked, shared and discussed new approaches and trends in the marketing research industry.
Priscilla Sze, Managing Director of N Dynamic, has represented China to attend this event. She has contributed and benefited much from it.

N Dynamic announced the relocation of its Shanghai office to provide better services to clients. Our new loft-style office is located at a new grade A building in a newly developed area of Putuo district. The area is lively, trendy and supported by hotels, coffee shops, and greenery. It is also easily accessible from the downtown core and airports.
Our new office provides an upgrade for focus group facilities —with a large observation room which can accommodate up to 30 observers. Our spacious in-house cafeteria offers comfortable seating and catering for meeting our clients' needs.
As the exclusive Chinese partner of IRIS (International Research InstituteS), N-Dynamic Market Research and Consultancy Ltd. organized an international market research forum entitled "Enhancing marketing effectiveness through advanced market research solutions around the world" in Shanghai, China on April 20th 2012. The forum provided an opportunity for a wide variety of B2B and B2C companies in China to keep up-to-date on new and advanced market research solutions across the world and how such solutions are applied in enhancing marketing effectiveness.
Five IRIS members from Canada, Germany, Colombia, France and Egypt shared with the audience a wide variety of advanced market research solutions ranging from social values segmentation, psychological pricing, mobile eye tracking, neuroscience, and brand value management. Successful case examples were also shared during the forum.
N Dynamic China presented at the Asian Forum organized by Vocatus, the German partner of the IRIS network, on April 7th 2011 in Munich, Germany.
With the continuous growth of the Chinese economy and its market, many multi-national corporations realized the need for conducting market research in China. However, they found conducting market research in China a mystery due to their lack of knowledge.
